It doesn’t get more magical than tying the knot at Cloughjordan House. Sit back and enjoy the festivities while the staff cater to your every whim. Couples have the option to get married in our rustic forest, Barn or stunning ballroom and feast from our fresh produce grown on-site. Weather dependant to be decided on the morning of the big day. The venue is exclusive for us and our guests to relax in.

With seasonal, ever-changing menus and very flexible hosts, each couple we welcome gets something different to the last. Our ethos is in creating simple, elegant and great tasting food, bringing groups together through colourful platters and wooden boards. The dishes become a focal point, encouraging guests to get involved, to discuss, to laugh and to enjoy the culinary experience. Local, fresh produce is vital to building a wholesome menu that bursts with flavour.

Salt and pepper slow roasted pork belly with garden vegslaw( GF)
Chili garlic glazed chicken, zaatar crispy chicken skin with a lime mayo

Andy or Jinja ( if he had hair you’d get it ) has known Chris for almost 20 years now, and like Chris lacks a filter for tolerating bullshit. Probably what lets them get on so well!
ROBERT
Robert first met Chris through their mutual passion for martial arts. Robert originally from Poland has well established himself as a big part of the Kickboxing community in Kilkenny and Ireland over the past 2 decades. He may look big and scary but he has a big heart and is a real softie. Delighted to have him involved in our big day!
SCOTT
Scott is Chris’s first son, he been part of his life for 25 years now and has grown from a cute little baby to a mischievous child and through his lets say “interesting” teenage years into the man he is now. No more important person to be by Chris’s side on his new life’s begining.
SHARON HAMMOND
Sharon has had the pleasure and pain, of knowing Ciara for over 20 years now and has been through ups and downs in life and friendship and been there through all the events in her life and now will be there for her biggest day yet.
SINEAD
As Ciara’s big sister this means Sinead has always been there, with many stories to tell too! It only seems right she is by Ciara’s side to start the next stage of her life’s journey.
AMANDA
The sister from another mister, Amanda always brings the colour to any occasion and lights up the day. She’s the blonde who defiently is having more fun!
